ICT FREELANCER TRAINING

YOUTH & WOMEN VOCATIONAL TRAINING
ACE is providing skills development training in various vocational fields that provide opportunities for employability as well as entrepreneurship.
We have seasoned trainers and coaches in diverse fields that include Event Planning, Catering, Early Childhood Teacher Training, Financial Management & Investments, Customer Service Training, Hospitality Management, Foreign Language Skills Training and Training of PWDs for corporate jobs.
AGRICULTURE and AGRO INDUSTRIES
ACE has partnered with Ushindi Agribusiness Campus in Malindi to provide arable land for youth and women wanting to get into small scale farming and value addition.
The ACE and Ushindi Agribusiness partnership will provide Youth & Women with good and reliable seeds, agricultural technology and expert know-how, and modern equipment, so they are successful in their farming and value addition businesses. ACE is also supporting other SMEs in Agriculture and Agro-Industries across Kenya.
TEXTILE & APPAREL PRODUCTION
We empower SMEs in Textile and Apparel production to purchase equipment to increase their production capacity and quality, while also creating additional jobs for youth and women.
We also help them with marketing their products both locally and internationally.
ACE helps our cohort members to take advantage of the USA/Africa - AGOA Free Trade Agreement for tariff free exports from Kenya to the USA.
GREEN MANUFACTURING
ACE provides consulting and advisory services to SMEs that want to scale-up their production and value-addition products to larger scale manufacturing.
This is worked in collaboration with KIRDI (Kenya Industrial Research & Development Institute).
Examples of SMEs that ACE has helped are
1. A food condiments and sauces business
2. An Alkaline Water business
3. A novel green cooking stove innovation.
OFF-GRID RENEWABLE ENERGY
ACE is working with SMEs in remote parts of Kenya to leverage Off-Grid Renewable Solar Energy solutions for their businesses.
ACE is partnering with LEMA, a USA based cutting-edge solar energy and water technology company to supply this off-Grid technology to ACE SMEs. LEMA products are ideally suited for supply of off-grid power, running water, internet, community hot boiled water kiosks, and agribusiness equipment.
Our SMEs will provide these services to their communities that don’t have access to reliable electricity and water supply.
Over 600 entrepreneurs coached and trained.
